Welcome back! So you have just selected a subscription plan for your Wavel account, but you don’t know how the credit system works. Don’t worry! In this article, we will explain how the credit system and delivery times work.

Ready? No? Do you prefer videos instead? No worries, we have got you covered there as well. You can watch the video below. It will explain how the credit system and delivery times work.

Credit System

The credit system works like this:
X = Number of Credits = Number of Minutes
1 Hour = 60 Minutes = 60 Credits
10 Hours = 600 Minutes = 600 Credits
500 Hours = 30,000 Minutes = 30,000 Credits

If you upload a file of 10 minutes, the system will deduct 10 credits from your account.

Delivery Times

We provide 3 options for processing the files:

Standard Delivery = N minutes = N Credits Charged
Faster Delivery = N minutes = 1.25 x N Credits Charged
Rush Delivery = N minutes = 1.5 x N Credits Charged

Example:
For standard delivery, if a file is 10 minutes long, we charge 10 credits.
For faster delivery, if a file is 10 minutes long, we charge 12.5 credits
For Rush Delivery, if a file is 10 minutes long, we charge 15 credits.

We hope you found this article helpful in understanding the credit system and the delivery times.

Happy sharing knowledge with you,
Team Wavel
