Is there a limit to the number of videos/files I can upload?

No, there is no limit on the number of videos uploaded.

How long will the completed videos/files be stored on my account?

Depending on the plan you choose, the storage can be up to 30days, 90 days or 180 days.

Are my files/videos safe?

Yes, the files are secured and safe. We provide full encryption of your files and you have full control over it.


What if I require only 20 hours? Or 70 hours?

We have 3 subscription plans to help you decide. You can choose the plan according to your requirements.

Will I get a refund for failed files?

If we fail to transcribe a file, which was uploaded by you, in time, we will provide a refund of the credits used for the file.

Can I add more hours when I exhaust 50 or 100 hours? What will be the price for additional hours?

Depending upon your plan, you will be charged for additional hours. Example, if you're on a 100 hours plan, if you use more than 100 hours, you will change $40 per additional hour. Similarly, if you are on a 50 hours plan, you will change $50 per additional hour.

Can I downgrade my package?

Yes. Just email us at to change your plan.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes. You can just choose the plan you wish to upgrade to from your account.

Can I cancel my package?

Yes. Just email us at to cancel your package.

What will happen if I don’t use all hours in 12 months?

They will expire 12 months after purchase date. Choose your plan according to your requirement.

Delivery times

How does the credit system work?

Depending on the plan you buy, each hour that you purchase is equivalent to 60 credits on our platform.

What are the delivery time options you have?

We have 3 delivery time options that are only available with our business and pro package.

  • Standard is within 48 hours
  • Faster is within 24 hours.
  • Rush is within 8 hours.

Does it cost more to get the files delivered faster?

Yes, faster turnaround time costs more credits.

X = number of credits = Length of File in Minutes

Standard Delivery = X minutes = X Credits Charged

Faster Delivery = X minutes = 1.25 X Credits Charged

Rush Delivery = X minutes = 1.5 X Credits Charged

Example: -

For standard delivery, if a file is 10 minutes, we charge 10 credits.

For faster delivery, if a file is 10 minutes, we charge 12.5 credits

For Rush Delivery, if a file is 10 minutes, we charge 15 credits.


Can I add team members?

Depending on the plan you choose, you can add from 3 to 10 or unlimited members to your plan and account.

Can I reset my password?

You can choose the option of reset password for the login page.

Can I sign up using my personal email?

We only allow accounts with business email or organization email. Any email sign-ups with a personal email will not be allowed.

Why do I need to verify my account?

We require verification to ensure that the account is from a customer account willing to use our services.

How do I request a free trial?

Depending on your transcription demand, simply choose the desired plan and you’ll be given access to the free trial accordingly. We offer 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours of free trial depending on the package you choose.
