Wavel AI Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Overview
At Wavel AI (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”), we deliver industry-leading AI tools including dubbing, text-to-speech, voice cloning, video editing, avatars, voice changers, subtitles, and more. This policy outlines our terms for payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and fraud prevention. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Fees and Payment Authorization
You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize Wavel AI or its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for any applicable fees. You are responsible for updating your billing information (such as card expiration or address). Service access may be paused in the event of a failed payment.

3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
All subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise). You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle. To avoid future charges, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date via your Wavel AI account or by emailing reachout@wavel.ai. After cancellation, your access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy
Because our AI services involve real-time processing and significant infrastructure costs, we do not offer refunds, except in rare and exceptional cases. We offer free credits and trial access so you can evaluate our tools before making a purchase. By starting a paid plan, you agree to our no-refund policy.
All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the original transaction. Requests made after 2 days will not be reviewed. Refunds, if any, are granted solely at our discretion and only in cases of proven technical error or duplicate billing, supported by verifiable evidence.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact our team first at reachout@wavel.ai with all relevant transaction details and supporting evidence. Do not initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute without first contacting us. If a dispute is initiated without contacting us, or if no proper proof is provided, it will be treated as a breach of this policy. In such cases, Wavel AI will challenge the dispute using this published Refund Policy as evidence, and we reserve the right to take further action, including account suspension.

6. Fraud Prevention
Wavel AI uses advanced fraud detection and identity verification to maintain a secure environment. We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior, including payment fraud or abuse of services. Any account found engaging in such activity will be immediately suspended or terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Policy Updates
This Refund and Dispute Policy may be updated periodically. All updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
