Problem with RefundAlthough VideoGen is a very good way to create new videos, and has quite a user friendly interface, it lacks a good voice cloning technology, contrarily to what I was made to understood at first. In fact, one has to choose from a number of voice avatars included. Because of this I have decided not to take this product. However, I have been asking for a refund as I don't need this product for this reason, but system keeps sending me from one place to another without any resolution. I expect this case to be solved, now as I am still within the EU 14-day cancellation period. Michael Michael
