Restricted and customer unfriendlyIt seems that Dupdub has so much potential, but it's not at all customer friendly. I've tried to generate a talking avatar but, as I had never used it before, I hadn't noticed that the image was male and the voice was female. When I tried to correct it in the trial version, I was told that I'd run out of credits. What's the point of offering the trial when you don't even get a change to see if you're really happy with the Dubdup product. I wouldn't recommend it. The second reason is the restrictedness of the service, yes, you pay up to 150 dollars, but there are only restrictions. Why can't there be a version that is unlimited? Marian 2 |
